4 month sleep regression?

Anyone out there experiencing 4 month sleep regression?? Any tips/suggestions of what works? I'm a working mom so he goes to daycare which makes it difficult for naps. I think this is the hardest challenge for us with this new transition. Thanks!!

I literally just posted about this! I'm not going through it YET but little lady has just turned 16 weeks so I'm waiting for it! My mum said neither me or my sister had it so here's praying (who am I kidding ) 😂😂 sending lots of love and support. X

Try baby merlins magic sleepsuit! It's kinda pricey, but so worth it. I got two! My LO consistently sleeps 11+ hours at night. If you get it just make sure you get the cotton one and not the microfiber-- it  breathes better!

We're in it too. It's been almost 2 weeks. I recently bought the Blackout EZ window covers and it has helped a lot to have complete 100% darkness during the day for naps.

My bubs is doing it, I goto him shhh-ing and stroke his nose with the lights still off, goes back to sleep within 5 mins xx

Omg yes!!! My boy will be 4 months at the end of this month and he's going through such a tough time right now. During the day he'd take one good 2-3 hour nap and sleep all through the night. Now he takes a bunch of like 30--45 minute naps during the day and is awake every 2-3 hours at night. I'm dying currently 😭😭 these are only supposed to last a few days so I'm hoping 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I forgot about how if you brush from their forehead downwards usually makes them fall asleep. Trying this tonight

Yup same here! I was searching for a post of other moms going thru it! My pediatrician said today it's just cuz I pick him up when he wakes up in the night and that I need to stop and let him cry...I don't like that answer
