How soon would you get married?

So I'm dating someone who we're almost a year and I've always wondered what's the right time to get married? I always said two years until engagement and another year until marriage however I'm 20 and my boyfriend is 21 and he needs to finish college first. But anyway, when would you get married to your significant other? 😃

When the timing feels right. I'd say yes if my boyfriend proposed at any time, we've been together a year and a half, and I would've said yes from the start tbh. But i have 2 more years of school. In my dream world we get engaged right after I graduate and get married a year later. We'll see how it goes.

My husband and I got engaged after 6 months then waited like a year and a half until we got married, we paid for everything except our cake and my dress (parents bought those). I feel like it kinda just happens when timing is right. 😊

If you're unsure, I'd look at your finances combined. See if your financially stable to not only pay for your portions of the wedding (if your family and friends are helping), your living arrangements and plans, and taxes. Base the date off all of that, that's what my fiancé and I are doing now. We know we're going to stay together and get married, we just want to make sure we are financially stable to pay for a wedding along with our other expenses like our mortgage.

I'm almost 21 and my bf is 23. We've been together apmos 2 years and I still don't know if we'll get married someday. It shouldn't matter how long you've been together. Don't rush it though. When you know, you'll know.. personally, I don't want to get married until I graduate college and  am on track to my career. That might be like 4-6 years, but idc cuz that what I want for myself. We're all different though.

I had a relationship end after 2 years. Theres no right timeline for this kind of stuff. Its about being with the right person and doing it at the right time.
