Actually you can thank Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter for letting NK go nuclear back in 1994. They made a crap deal that clearly failed and flushed NK with $5 BILLION in aid. NK also did not develop its weapon arsenal over the last couple months, building these takes years. They also conducted numerous tests under the Obama administration, and Obama chose to ignore the problem. When you ignore a cancer cell long enough, it's going to grow into a deadly tumor.
