Tubes or uterus???

Elizabeth • 3 ectopics(2003,2010, 5/2018) 1 m/c (3/2017) no babies :( 35 still trying
I have lost one of my tube due to an ectopic pregnancy and I am 4w6d, when does the baby get to the uterus and past the tubes so Mabie I can feel a little better?
