Abnormal Bleeding concern.

So this past Monday I started spotting out of nowhere. Which made me think it was IB.  Tuesday and Wednesday I was heavy bleeding with small clots. Yesterday, bleeding was lighter and by the end of day, nothing. Today I woke up and saw more reddish spotting, like if my period was about to start again. I feel like something is wrong. I wasnt supposed to get my period until the 19-21 of this month. I dont know what to do. I called to make an appointment with my OBGYN but they didnt book me becuz Im nOt
