​I'm from UK but living in Hong Kong as an expat and can't ask anyone as then they will wonder why I am asking...!!!! I haven't got a clue what I need to do now...

Depending where you live they will usually see you around 8 weeks I would make an app with your OBGYN as soon as possible as you never know how booked they could be.

Yes call your doctor to tell them. It may take a month or so for them to see you. (Some docs like mine won't see you till around 8 wks.) And when you do go in they may do an ultra sound to see how far along you are, give you some pregnancy hand-outs, get some blood work done, give you a Pap smear, and answer any questions you may have.
