I ran a pool and one of the rules was your hair had to be up...it's more likely to fall out and make the pool nasty with it down, ew

Long hair is so heavy when it's down, makes it impossible to focus on swimming. Put it up 😊

I put my hair up. I now have really long hair and I'm afraid of drowning. Lol. Isn't that silly?

Hair is the weakest when wet and more prone to damage then. Tying your hair when dry can also cause damage to the hair if you do it everyday in the same spot. Tying your hair up when wet isnt good and can cause brakeage in that spot. Its best to leave your hair down when swimming or put a cap on to keep it out of face.

I leave it down as I find it really hair to remove the hair tie afterwards when my hair is wet
