Vagina after giving birth?

Ladies I want complete honesty!

I just had a look at my vagina 2 weeks after giving birth.

My vagina hole/entrance is open quite wide when I used to only be able to see a slit.

It's literally just an open hole!

Will it close up or is this now my vagina?

Yes it will go back Hun it will look different to before birth but a lot better then it does now. I remember being horrified when I finally looked in the mirror about 2 weeks after birth 🙈🙈. 7 years on and a lot of pelvic floor it's tighter than ever lol well not for long as baby number 2 due on 4 months haha xx

I looked at about two weeks and let's say I was pretty scared 🤣. By my 6 week checkup, it was back to its nice, happy self! Short of one tiny scar from a tear I don't think it looks any different than before and my husband has never said any different 😉

Lol, my Dr told me a dozen times before I left the hospital 'do NOT look at yourself down there'. Of course I lasted a whole two days before I looked at the train wreck of a vagina. It all went back to normal. It just takes a bit of time

It will go back. I don't think it ever goes back but it will.
