Watery poop?

Is watery poop diarrhea? My 11 day old has some soft poops, but just now she pooped while I was changing her and it was watery. Does it mean she is sick?

Nope! Baby poop tends to be pretty liquidy, especially if they're breastfed.

I’m wondering if my 10 month old is teething. He’s been having these excessively watery yellow poops for the last 2 days, 2-3 times and it was so watery the last 2 times that it leaked right out of his diaper.  
He is having no issues eating and is no longer ebf since he weaned at 8 months. I’m going to try more rice and bread and bananas to stiffen. I just hope it’s not something else.
