help! I found a bump!

This may be weird to ask but I'm freaking myself out. I don't even know what to ask first. I found a single bump where my outer labia meet together. I don't know if it's a pimple or ingrown hair or what. So I guess my question is how can I tell what it is?

Can you break out with only one single wart? I don't think I have herpes but I don't know how I would know.

I can't get into my doctor for a few weeks.

Any one have any suggestions?
