Hi! I'm being tested for lupus right now and I have become extremely light sensitive. We have replaced some of the bulbs in my apartment with black lights and I have to wear sunglasses even inside. I went to the optometrist today and she didn't see any inflammation and wrote me a recommendation for a ophthalmologist. Does anyone have any tricks to help me until next month when I go? It's really annoying to have to try to plan everything in the evening
