So I had a dream that I took a pregnancy test and it came out positive. But it's so weird because the dream felt so real and it feels like it actually happened. I'm on the mirena and have had unprotected sex once right after my period ended so I know it's almost impossible. But I also heard that if someone dreams they're pregnant it could be a sign (has anyone else heard that?) anyways just wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else?
