Menstrual Cycle After Baby

Okay I had my baby sept 21 2016 I got the nexplanon at my 6 week check up which was nov 1 I got the implant removed in feb due to complications. I had sex march 1 and had my first period march 15. Glow says my cycle was supposed to start again on the 12th of this month? Were any of you ladies period off wack on had a longer cycle days after giving birth or being off birth control not too long after stopping
