10 wks and really bad cramp just hit
I'm 10 weeks and I feel like I'm going crazy, but can gas feel like REALLY a bad cramp that makes you stop in your tracks? Went to the bathroom and had some gas but I just want to make sure it can be gas instead of something else. No, I didn't see any blood either.
