Paragard

I've had paragard before but it fell out. My OBGYN is not good at placing it! It took 45 minutes and she didn't tell me that getting past my cervix was difficult. She forced it, which it says not to do! I still want paragard but I'm nervous about insertion. I was thinking of going to another doctor... but with my insurance the only other place I could go is planned parenthood. Otherwise I would have to change doctors and I don't want to do that, because other than iud insertion she is good at helping me with other issues. Any advice? To iud again or not?
