I got those at the end of my 1st trimester a lot (& more after intrcourse). I asked my doctor & she said as long as there's no actual red blood, cramping, burning when u pee, or itching ... it's just old blood that was stuck there for a while. Nothing to worry about 😊

As long as it's not accompanied by itching and/or burning it should be fine. It's not bloody so I wouldn't worry
