I honestly hate cramps before periods, especially when they keep me up all night and I have to go get my mom for medicine and a heating pad and this painful feeling in my tailbone and lower back. The feeling of nausea and actually throwing up once in one of my periods sucked and I stayed home from school that day. You'd think cramps are supposed to go away during periods but NO I have cramps right now and I'm feeling sick again KILL ME NOW 😩
