to be honest I'm kinda confused
So today I saw this guy that I like a lot (I should probably add this might be the last weekend I ever see him because he's moving.)and when I was around him my heart was beating faster which is obviously normal, but when I got home and was heading off to bed I started breathing really weirdly and crying. I wasn't even sad or anything. So can someone help me?
