3 things I've learned quickly!

Amber
1. MAM PACIFIERS!!  If I didn't switch to MAM pacifier I am pretty sure I would have chopped up the others and refused to let her use one.  With other brands every two seconds it was falling out. Now we can get an hour of play, four hours of sleep etc. and the paci remains in place!!!
2. Oversupply. I had great supply of milk from day one. I decided to pump, as well. I filled two freezers, my mil freezer, my sister in laws freezer, all in 8 weeks. I couldn't maintain this, I was always in pain, got horrible boob stretch marks and I wasn't going back to work! There was no need for me to have over 1,000 ounces in supply!  The past few weeks I've been cutting back sessions and two weeks later I feel great. I still save about 10oz a day, but no longer have bowling balls, the engourged sweats and I no longer wake up SOAKING wet. I had to wash my sheets daily at one point. My advice to anyone who is in my situation, don't try to confuse nature if you don't have to. It creates more pain and work than necessary!
3.  Dry Brushing! To anyone who has flabby skin or the line on your stomach (can't spell it!) try dry brushing 3-4 times a day! My tummy has gotten more firm, as well as my line is fading! Easy thing to do without having to work out!
Here's my love bug!
