dark lines on neck... wth?!?!

Hi I weigh 130 so not overweight but I'm getting these black lines on my neck. Is there anyway u can prevent it?!?! HELP!!!

Could just be hormonal or signs of an underlying issue. I'd definitely bring it up to your doctor next time you go in.
