That's exactly what mine looked like and I was also 37 weeks. My water broke about 12 hours later after seeing it. Mine had no blood or reddish tint at all. Just looked like a glob of snot (sorry TMI).

Looks like your mucus plug. My Dr told me that you can start losing pieces weeks before you deliver. It regenerates, so no worries! What you should watch for is when the color changes and looks a little bloody. That's when labor is near :)

If it was ur plug it will have reddish tint to it could be start mine started like that an got red just before went into labour
