Bridal party

I'm having an intimate destination wedding. 25 people tops. 15 family members, 8 friends plus my fiancé and I. My sister is MOH and his brother is best man. I originally wanted my lifelong best friend to be a bridesmaid and my fiancé to let his best friend stand as a groomsmen. However the bigger the bridal party the smaller the audience. That would be 4 people standing with us and 19 sitting in the audience. So I was thinking of making the title honorary. Everything that goes with being a bridesmaid, even being included in the photo albums and wearing a cute dress, except only my future husband and I will stand for the ceremony.

What would you do?

Ps one flaw with the siblings only is that my future husband has a younger sister that would have to be left out. :/
