Zoe and Zoey are two different names. Now if you name her Zoey she could go by a nick name of Zoe, I've seen that a lot in books and shows but for the sake of the name, they aren't the same.

I named my daughter Zoe' nearly 25 years ago. (She demands that accent mark!) She was taken by emergency c-section so her name is a true reflection of her! She's the big sister sitting with her younger brothers, BEFORE baby sister had been conceived! 😊
