TTC other methods

I am still ttc but I want to look at suragacy and adoption. I am very ready to have a baby and am ready to look at other options. Do any of you have tips, suggestions, or even stories? I am even looking for recommendations for who to go through with either procedure. Please leave a comment with anything you think would help. Thanks in advance for your time and responses.
