Dye Run? Evap? Or could it be????

Posting for a friend who has been ttc for a few months now. She doesn't want to get her hopes up, so she asked me to post it for feed back! What do you guys think?? Could it really be?? I'm on the fence, I really can't tell. I'm also unsure of when the picture was taken. I don't want to get her hopes up! I told her to test again in a few days to be sure and she said "I don't want to. I want to know now". She's a little stubborn you could say. TIA!!
