I'm 12 weeks abd haven't had any morning sickness what so ever...yesterday evening my while body started hurting, I had no appetite since lunch time yesterday, and threw up last night and have really bad diarrhea....I just started working in the infant room at a daycare....what could possibly be wrong? HELP! I feel like complete shit and sweat really bad in my sleep last night plus got up and had diarrhea in the middle of the night... I feel awful: ( and today is only my 3rd day working at the daycare: /
