Jealousy

My SO and I have been together for a little over a year. A lot has happened in that year... we dated, got engaged and became a married couple. However.... I found out that for the first three months of our relationship, he was still with/having sex with his ex. Then, for the remainder of the time (up until about two months after we were married), he received pictures of naked girls/"friends" he used to to work with. He "deleted them" but recovered them and took pics in his phone "just in case he wanted to look at them later". Even though, that's "in the past" (for now), there is a girl at work that is easy and flirts with him even though she knows it bothers me. He refuses to put his foot down with her and tell her to stop. Do I have the right to be upset and jealous?
