I have these tiny bumps all over my arms , they don't itch . Idk what they are . Could it be a allergic reaction ?

Could be an allergic reaction or eczema. I know when my eczema is kicking in really badly in an area, it sort of does that. Then again, allergic reactions don't always itch and can be big hives to small. I hope you figure out what it is!

Same thing happens to me sometimes, I'm rly sensitive to silk. So it mightve been some piece of clothing u was wearing. My advice is to put hydrocortisone on it or triple antibiotic
