Adhesive Bras

Has anyone tried anything like these? How did it do for you?

I'm a D so I'm kind of concerned about the lift and coverage. They seem kind of thin as well so do they actually cover your nipples?

I need them for a backless dress and I'm not trying to spend a ton of money.
