7 day late period

I'm 7 days late according to eve. If I'm ever "late" it's 2 days then I'll begin to spot. I cramped in my lower abdomen the first three days I was supposed to come on but, to my surprise, no blood just heavy discharge. My nipples are sooooo sensitive and sort of ache/throb (but I figure this could be PMS?). I took a test when I was 4 days late and it said negative ( I forced myself to pee and had a cup of water) I know that could be bad. With all this said,  Anybody think this sounds like pregnancy?
