Past few days since confirming my pregnancy test I have so tired then waking up between 2:30-4 am and can't fall back asleep ughhh I feel so tired through the day is this all normal gotta call the doctors this week since confirming my test figuring I'm about 6 weeks also sore breast and nipples, sensitivity on my teeth, nauseous, heartburn. Just need some advice can anyone help me? Thank you I'm new to all this.
