12 dpo and going crazy

last month was the most brutal period ive ever had. everything was double, breast pain and bleeding. unusual for me. this month i started late with the breast pains and had brown spotting 10dpo that went to pink lastnight and now its gone. ive never spotted before my period before so im praying i get my BFP....but the negativity in my head says its a hormonal inbalance because of my wonky af last month :(
