parents leaving tomorrow

I'm having spurts of anxiety around my parents leaving tomorrow. They've been here for 2 weeks (my baby is 3 weeks old now). I'm happy that they got this time with their my baby but now I'm afraid I can't do it without them...anyone else have or had anxiety about their parents leaving? To top it off my husband goes back to full time work tomorrow too after being off since we had her 😩 any advice ?
