How do you overcome depression?

I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder last summer and because of insurance issues, I have not been able to see my psychiatrist or my therapist in weeks. How do you guys deal with depression because I've been really struggling.

Well i have depression and not on any meds for it but what i do is exercise, working out is a medicine to anxiety and depression what i heard and i been doing that for about 3 years and it kinda works. Also , be positive and stay happy, watch comedy movies, do something you love in ur free time. Go to church if your religious. 💓you'll get through it. I promise. that's basically how i handle depression and anxiety. Also surround urself with people and get out more 🙏

Found my bestfriend to workout with! It's hard to overcome it. I struggle for years and I still am but just having him changed everything. He's my emotional support. It all depends on you honestly
