iud& anxiety/depression

For the past two months I've been having vomit inducing panic attacks and anxiety so bad that I wake up every hour. I question everything my boyfriend says to me and make life so much harder because of it. Most days I just lay in bed and cry. I've always had some anxiety but never like this, I was worried I was going crazy. This morning after puking every hour last night with my heart pounding out of my chest I decided to Google about my mirena iud that I've had for 4 months and anxiety/ depression and I found out this could be a side effect? Has anyone else here experienced anything similar?
