So i quit smoking after 10 years ! Yay me 😂 i just woke up one morning and said i quit ! I dont know if it was because everything i read said smoking affects fertility, but i honestly wasnt thinking of that when i stopped. I just literally woke up and said nah i dont want to smoke today. Maybe subconsciously somewhere it was the pushing factor but either way im proud of myself. Cigarettes really do take over your life and i feel like a whole new person. I can breathe better, and i didnt know ciggs affected so much until certain thing started to feel different/better... Even my period feels different which is weird.. Less cramps came on time and more blood (sorry tmi) but yea its AWESOME
