O+ blood type - difficulty conceiving?

Hi everyone,
I very recently found out what my blood type is which is O+. So I started reading up on it a bit for interest sake. One of the things that came up was low quality eggs and difficulty conceiving. 
Anyone else with this blood type with a different opinion or similar opinion. I'm just wondering how much truth is behind it.

I have had 7 successful pregnancies 6 miscarriages and I am 6 weeks 1 day with this one and I am O+.

I have O+ and I have two teenage girls and then nothing for 13yrs. This Jan we found out we were expecting, but lost the baby in Feb at 9wks when the baby stopped growing at 6wks. For the past 13 yrs we didn't seriously try, but we didn't prevent anything either. We had no problems conceiving our first two. We are "seriously" trying now. Being pregnant in January made us realize that we really do want more children, God willing. 🙏🏻

I'm o+ and I got pregnant first month off bc for 9 years straight, got pregnant second time while on bc. Getting pregnant wasn't an issue for me for a long time, but ttc#3 for almost 3 years with 2 miscarriages, diagnosed with unexplained infertility, but still fertile. I don't think my blood type has anything to do with it. It's only an issue of you are opos and your so/husband is negative, but that's treatable.
