confused...

I'm 15 weeks pregnant and I've been discharging this very liquidy clear stuff it's happened a coulple of times now, sometimes I think I had an accident because it's so much that comes out that I have to change my underwear but it's not pee... I'm confused. It kind of feels like when your water breaks and you can't control it from gushing out. Could it be the amniotic fluid coming out?
