medications to take?

I'm currently 5 weeks pregnant, I've been to the doctor but he didn't give me a list of medications I can take. What can/can't I take? Maybe a little tmi but is there anything I can take for constipation?

Drink lots of water and eat cereal and other foods higher in fiber and if it doesn't work drink some prune juice or apple juice. If those don't work I'd call and ask the doctor.
