Feeling Low at 29 weeks

I was called in to get tested for Cholestasis today due to severe itching and aching in my hands and feet. Waiting on the results and feeling pretty scared. While there I was told that I failed my 1 hour glucose test and that I'm anemic. I am trying so hard to be healthy for my babies, but it's an uphill battle that is just wearing me down physically and emotionally. They scheduled a c-section (due to prior health issues) at 39 weeks. The idea of what else could go wrong in the next 10 weeks has me really stressed out.
