Is this a sign of early pregnancy?

I scratched my breast and noticed red dots along the spot I scratched. I think I broke capillaries because it almost looks like a hickey. Does anyone know if this is a sign of early pregnancy? I am 12dpo. At 10dpo, I noticed a small amount of blood when I used the bathroom, I'm assuming this was implation bleeding because I had intense cramping on my left side the following day. I took a test today but came back with a bfn. It's probably too early to test yet but I was just wondering what others thought about this.
