Spoiling kids

I'm a new mom and have a 2 month old baby she will be 2 months tommrow. I've had a few people say it's a bad thing to spoil your kids I would only agree on one term if you had more than one child Yes maybe it's bad to spoil them because I known what it feels like I have an older sister who is 22 and still pretty much sucks on my mom's boob she has had everything handed to her on a sliver platter but is it bad to spoil your only child? I mean I know everyone has a limit but there's No such thing as giving your child too much love what do some of you parents think?
