Docotors ugh

Went to my doctor today because I started to bleed (lightly and pink) he Did a vaginal ultrasound and we still can't see anything. I took a test three weeks ago.. got a positive and he said if you feel strong pains go to the er and tell them the doctor was worried about a tubal or a possible miscarriage and then said the nurse will be in to take your blood come back in two weeks and walked out like it is nothing
