Looks like both girls in my opinion.

Skull theory will not tell you what you're having lol! And also it's way to early to even tell what she is having. She will have to wait till next ultrasound sadly, DNA and ultrasound are the only ways to tell gender:) all theory's are false :) and have been proved to be false

12 weeks is too early. At my 12 weeks scan the dr looked at my ultrasound and said she thought one was maybe a boy. Came back at 17 weeks to find out 2 girls.
