Me and my OH have been ttc for 18 months and I use Glow to track my periods. I'm pretty regular and have a 31 day cycle. Both had initial fertility tests and no issues. Af was due on the 22nd April but I started bleeding yesteday (17th april) and have continued today. It's quite heavy, more than usual but I'm not in any pain. Is this likely to be an early miscarriage?

I haven't done a pg test as we decided not to test anymore unless af was late.

If it is an early miscarriage is there anything I should do?
