Hi everyone I just tested as my period is a few days late and for the first time ever I got a vvfl ,,, I am going to see my doctor this evening as I've had some crazy cramps the last few days I'm so worried :( anyone else had this before ?

Your body is doing an amazing thing. It's stretching and moving and changing easy for your precious one. It's most likely your ligaments stretching and moving but if you need reassurance the Drs are the best people to so! Happy healthy 9 months to you xx
