how many mature follicles did you have when you got pregnant?

I ovulate but I'm on clomid and getting an ultrasound  tomorrow to see how many I have. The doctor said if there is 4 or more then we can't go forward with timed intercourse and the trigger. I want to be a mom so badly and I know it's a risk but maybe we should just try it?

Hi. I currently have 4 mature follicles, and Dr asked us if we wanted to proceed and said we hAve the option of selective termination if all 4 implant.

I just went for my ultrasounds yesterday. I had a ton of little guys but only one that was getting bigger. My Dr said that *usually* once one got to a certain size, the others would stop growing.  I am on Femera, I know different drugs affect follicle growth different. Good luck!

My friend had this happen before a scheduled IUI. The docs cancelled the IUI for fear of A LOT of multiples and told her not to have sex for 2 weeks. They had been trying for over a year with no success, she's diagnosed with PCOS, and decided to have sex anyways. She is now 11 weeks with twins! I don't advocate going against your doctor's orders, and if you do be prepared for what may be the result. Depending on your own situation the two of you will make a decision that's best for you.
