I have a question and it may seem dumb, but I'm curious on what others have to say. I've been on the Nexplanon Implant for 5 years and I'm having it taken out on Thursday 4/20 because my husband and I are going to try conceiving this summer. I'd like to lose at least 20 pounds before July but it's been very difficult. I go to the gym at least 3 times a week and we both meal prep. Since I've been on the Nexplanon, my period rarely ever comes and when it does it's only around for 2-3 days and it's usually just light spotting. Do you guys think when I get the Nexplanon taken out and my period returns to normal, it'll help with weight loss??
