I just married my true love ,but he was married previously for 2 years he says he's gone through and taken her off of everything. But I need a more firm understanding of the situation. They do have a kid (I'm ttc #1) will she be entitled to anything when he dies ? 😓 what forms all need changing ? How do I become the beneficiary to everything ? Does he just have to write it in a will ? I know it's kind of early to be worried about these things and I don't even want to think about anything happening to him ,but my MIL loves me and says I need to do my research.
