Hi!
Our daughter measures 4 weeks smaller than she should be, and I attribute this to my diet. I've been eating extraordinarily healthy, but realize that my healthy choices are lower in calories, and all together don't add up to a sufficient amount. I get full very easily and have trouble adding more healthy foods in.
So my question is, what is a normal days good intake like for you guys, breakfast to dinner? How do you get appropriate caloric Intake without having junk or getting full?
